The Indiana Historical Society in Indianapolis will offer a workshop on Saturday, October 6 from 10 am to noon about researching Amish and Mennonite ancestors. The workshop, "Amish and Mennonite Research: The Forgotten Swiss Germans", will be led by Dr. Michael D. Lacopo and will focus on Anabaptists who came to America from Germany and Switzerland and how to trace them back to their homeland.
The workshop costs $10 ($8 for IHS members). Indiana librarians can receive 2 LEUs for attending.
