I am trying to find information on my Grandfather, Charles Oscar Chandler. I am having diffuculty getting info. I know that he was born in Indiana according to his marriage certificate in Idaho to Anna May Colson(Kitts) in 1920. Son is Everett Charles and daughter Eleanor Fay. He died in 1928 in Ellensburg, Wa. I have not been able to locate any other info. Any help is aprreciated.
