The September 2008 issue of Indiana Genealogist features an article by Society of Civil War Families of Indiana member Keith Rott entitled "Indiana Civil War Soldiers John Lafayette White and William M. White." The article is about Rott's ancestors, whose family helped found the town of Lawrence in Marion County, Indiana.
