2015 Society Management Seminar

If you're looking for ways to improve your genealogical society, check out the 2015 Society Management Seminar, which will be held Friday, April 24, 2015 at the Vigo County Public Library in Terre Haute.

This day is devoted to helping societies grow and be stronger. It's a day you won't want to miss.

  • 9:00 - Welcome, registration, and networking
  • 9:30 - "The Changing Face of Genealogy" by Curt Witcher
  • 11:00 - "How to Create a Genealogy Society" by Loran Braught
  • 12:00 - Lunch (on your own)
  • 1:30 - "Lead With Your Newsletter" by Ron Darrah
  • 3:00 - Indiana County Genealogists Roundtable Discussion, moderated by Marlene Polster

It is FREE to officers of IGS chapters. If you're not an IGS chapter officer, the cost is only $5.
