Query: THOMPSON/THOMASON of Knox County

My Dad, Paul Hazel Thompson, was born on November 15, 1920 in Vincennes, Indiana. His parents were Fred and Myrle (Murel) Thompson. Myrle (DOB about 1906) was the daughter of Seaton and Della Thomason from Black Dog/Hominy, OK. According to family oral history, my Dad's parents died when he was very young. I have been to Vincennes and looked through historical records from 1918 to 1925 and cannot find anything.
I am open to any ideas or suggestions on how to find my paternal grandfather.

Query: DAVIDSON of Allen County

My husband has ancestors in Bethel cemetery at Poe cemetery in Allen co. In our research we have found Moses and Elizabeth Ann buried there and taken photos. Very near by are two small tombstones which I believe to be Milford and Mary Jane Davidson's children. One says George and beside it one I can't read, even though I got down on my hands and knees to take the picture. It is not clear enough because the script is too worn to read. Does any one know who these two headstone belong to. I can read the one name but not the other.

I would appreciate your help in identifying them.

I have lots of Davison genealogy and would be glad to share it with others.

Query: NETHERTON of Vigo County

I am looking for information about my g.g.g grandfather Henry (or Harry) Netherton. I know he was born in Kentucky in the month of August and census records show him being born near 1857. The 1880 census shows him in Harisson, Vigo, IN. He married a woman named 'lizzie' sometime around 1882. The rest of the census records show him and her living together in Center Township, Marion on Blaine Avenue. I have not been able to locate a 1920 census for the family. The 1930 says Henry is widowed and living with his son as a boarder in Center Township. I have been searching for a few years now and have not been able to locate a marriage record for Henry and Lizzie, no birth records for children, no death records. I do not even know what Lizzie's maiden name was. If someone could give me any help or advice I would appreciate it more than I can say. Unfortunately I can not afford to come to Indiana right now to research at libraries and such, so I just don't know what to do.
Thank you so much for your time.

Best wishes,
