Allen County Library To Discuss Land Records

The Allen County Public Library in Fort Wayne will hold a program, "Roots of Our Ancestors: Land Records," on Monday, October 4 from 2 to 3 pm in the library's Meeting Room A. Melissa Shimkus will give an introduction to land records, which are an underutilized resource. Learn about the content of the records as well as how land was surveyed and acquired by our ancestors.
