Lake County To Host Military Symposium
The Northwest Indiana Genealogical Society, which represents Lake County and Porter County, will celebrate their 40th anniversary by holding a Military Symposium on Saturday, April 17 from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm at the Dyer-Schererville branch of the Lake County Public Library. Ron Darrah will be the featured speaker, and his topics will include the Revolutionary War, Civil War, Spanish-American War, and World War I.
