Indianapolis To Host Underground Railroad & Civil War Discussion

Indiana Freedom Trails will meet on Saturday, July 10 from 11 am to 1 pm at the Indiana History Center in Indianapolis. Stephen E. Towne, Assistant University Archivist at IUPUI, will discuss what was going on in Indiana during the Civil War, information that will be particularly beneficial for Underground Railroad researchers. The meeting is free and open to the public.
