IGS Conference Approved for Library Credits

Indiana librarians who attend the Indiana Genealogical Society's upcoming conference will get an added benefit--the conference meets the state's requirements for continuing education. The Indiana State Library has approved the conference's topics for Library Education Units (LEUs)--see the listing of conference topics and their LEUs (PDF format).

The IGS conference will be held on Saturday, April 25th at the Indianapolis Marriott East. The theme is "Honoring Our Warriors: Military Genealogy," and Pamela K. Boyer is the featured speaker.
