I'm looking for
information on my dad’s great grandfather, Charles Rolf (middle name may
be Herman). He was born in Germany, about 1837, and he lived in New Albany, Indiana,
and his wife was Bridget Mullen.
They had a son, Herman
Charles Rolf, born in 1859, in New Albany and died in 1948, in Muncie,
Indiana. Herman had a son, Joseph Rolf, who was my grandfather. My
dad's name was Leo Rolf and all lived in Muncie.
I am stuck and cannot
find anything about Charles & Bridget and would love to determine anything
about them, including how they came to the US.
