Allen County Public Library To Discuss FamilySearch.org Website

The Genealogy Center of the Allen County Public Library in Fort Wayne will hold a free class about FamilySearch.org on Wednesday, July 9 from 3 to 4 pm in the library's Meeting Room A. Dawne Slater-Putt will give a tour of the new and improved website for FamilySearch, showing what the site has to offer and giving tips for searching its historical databases, catalog and other features. This class is the third in the library's "Digital Discoveries" series - future sessions will include PERSI (on August 13) and newspaper databases (on September 10).
