LaPorte County Genealogical Society To Discuss Family History Videography

The LaPorte County, Indiana Genealogical Society will meet on Tuesday, February 11 at 7 pm at the LaPorte City Parks & Recreation Department Office Building (250 Pine Lake Ave., LaPorte IN). Pam Pulice will present a program entitled "Family History Through the Eyes of a Videographer." The program will include a showing of her 17-minute film, "Peggy's Memoir: Recollections of an English Ward Bride," and a discussion of how family history can come to life on the screen. Pulice is an advocate for preserving family history who helps people preserve their stories on DVD and share them on the web.

The meeting is free and open to the public.
