  1. is there a map on the web site.
MN gravestones say relatives came from Versaille, Indiana. I don't know the county and difficult for me to find on Indiana web site.
    Maybe I'm missing something.

Family is H.N. Shook. Came to sell fly paper, built a big home, that now burned in Brownsdale, MN
    His gravestone mentions Versaille.
Anyone I can make contact with?

  3. INGenWeb Project hosts a great resource (http://www.ingenweb.org/citytown/) for finding what county in Indiana a town or township was in (including those towns that don't exist anymore).

The town of Versailles is in Ripley County, Indiana (in the southeastern part of the state, near Cincinnati). The Tri-County Genealogical Society represents Ripley County, and there is also a historical society and public library there that you can contact for more information on your relatives. See http://www.indgensoc.org/counties/ripley.html for their addresses.
