Northwest Indiana Genealogical Society: 10:00am Dr. Michael Lacopo entitled “Using DNA Testing to Further Your Family Tree: A Primer.” This meeting is free and open to the public and will be held at Valparaiso Public Library, 103 E. Jefferson St., Valparaiso, Indiana.

Indiana State Library: 4:30-8:30pm, 315 W. Ohio St., Indianapolis. ISL Night Owl Event with Ask an Expert. Spend a few hours after work researching at the Indiana State Library. They will be offering tours and extra staff to help assist you with your research. You may also sign-up for “Ask an Expert” to get help with some of your brickwalls. Ron Darrah and Angela Gabbard will be representing GSMC as experts.
