The Porter County Public Library in Valparaiso is sponsoring a Beginner’s Genealogy Workshop on Saturday, December 10 from 9:30 am to noon. The workshop is for people who are just starting out tracing their family history, as well as for those more experienced in genealogy who want to get better acquainted with the library's resources.
Larry Clark - Porter County Genealogist, County Historian, and head of the library's Genealogy Department - will conduct this free workshop. Registration is required - call (219) 462-0524 ext. 5.
