National Archives Posts 1940 Census Video

With the release of the 1940 census planned for April 2012, the National Archives has posted a 10-minute video on YouTube. The video is a newsreel from the time, instructing census enumerators on how they were to complete their forms and the importance of the census. It offers some fascinating details about the questions that were asked for the 1940 census, including the many detailed questions about each person's employment. Thanks to Dick Eastman for sharing the link.
