Merrillville Historical Society To Host Open House

The Merrillville/Ross Township Historical Society Museum (13 W. 73rd Ave., Merrillville IN) in Lake County will host an Open House on Sunday, May 1 from 1 to 4 pm. Among the exhibits that will be open for display is one honoring local Civil War veterans, as well as a traveling exhibit from the Indiana Historical Society about the artwork found in Indiana's post official murals from the 1930's.
