State Library To Discuss Indianapolis' Crown Hill Cemetery
The Indiana State Library in Indianapolis will present a program, "Crown Hill Cemetery," in their History Reference Room on Wednesday, July 15 from noon to 1 pm. Crown Hill Cemetery in Indianapolis is the country's third largest cemetery and the final resting place for a diverse group of Hoosiers. Rachael Heger, Indiana Collection Supervisor, will talk about the founding of the cemetery, along with its history and architecture and some of the notable people buried there. This program is free and open to the public.
