State Library To Discuss Census Indexing Errors

The Indiana State Library in Indianapolis will offer a program, "Is Your Norma Listed As Warnie In The Census?" on Thursday, April 30 from 5:30 to 6:30 pm in their History Reference Room. Daina Bohr, Genealogy Collection Librarian, will discuss errors evident in many census indexes, such as mangled names and misapplied geographic identifiers. This program is free and open to the public.
