Indiana Battle Sites Discussed At State Library
The Indiana State Library in Indianapolis will offer a program, "Indiana Battle Sites," on Tuesday, April 14 from 10 to 11 am in their History Reference Room. Brent Abercrombie, Manuscript & Rare Books Collection Librarian, will discuss several historic battlefield sites and their importance. Among the sites to be discussed: the Battle of Tippecanoe, Battle of Corydon/Morgan's Raid, and the Battle of Mississinewa. This program is free and open to the public.
