A group of genealogists is seeking donations to help them in their lawsuit against the Howard County Health Department, which aims to gain access to Howard County's vital records. The money that is raised will go toward defraying the cost of attorney fees; if the lawsuit is successful, the money that was raised will then be given to a local historical organization.
