Southern Indiana Genealogical Society To Discuss 20th Century Local Artists

Warren and Julie Payne, guest curators of the Carnegie Center’s current exhibit “The Artists of the Wonderland Way,” will speak at the Thursday, April 4 meeting of the Southern Indiana Genealogical Society. The Paynes will discuss the Wonderland Way Art Club, whose members were early 20th-century painters of Southern Indiana. The meeting will begin at 7 pm in the Strassweg Auditorium of the New Albany-Floyd County Library (180 W. Spring St., New Albany, IN).
