Aunt Lillian Claire Fox CASKEY, born in Bicknell, IN., is now suffering from Dementia, and we are looking for her marriage license so we can access benefits from the VA for her continuing care. She married Robert F. CASKEY, Feb 18, 1940 in Indiana. I do recall that at the time of marriage, the Fox family was living in Upland, Indiana, Grant County. I do not know where R. Caskey's home was.
