The Genealogical Society of Marion County, in association with the Indiana Historical Society, will hold their 17th annual genealogy conference on Saturday, November 17 at the Indiana History Center in Indianapolis. Jana Sloan Broglin, CG, OGSF will be the featured speaker, with sessions on research in the Northwest Territory (1783-1812), special census schedules, newspaper research and researching "black sheep" ancestors.
Conference registration is $32 for GSMC and IHS members, $40 for non-members. GSMC and IHS members who register before the early deadline (October 13th) will receive a special registration rate. The registration includes lunch and free parking.
