African American Group To Discuss Sanborn Maps
The Indiana African American Genealogy Group will meet on Saturday, October 17 from noon to 3 pm at the Indiana State Library in Indianapolis. Kristi Palmer will present a program on Sanborn Maps from noon to 1:30 pm, and from 1:40 to 3 pm there will be a Sankofa session (Sankofa is an Andrinka symbol meaning to reach back and learn).
