State Library To Discuss Immigration Resources
The Indiana State Library in Indianapolis will offer a program, "What About Your Immigrant Ancestor? Sources At The Indiana State Library and Other Venues," on Thursday, February 26 from 5:30 to 6:30 pm in their History Reference Room. Charles Hill, Genealogy Collection Librarian, will discuss the library's resources for immigration research, including passenger lists and ethnic sources, as well as helpful websites. This program is free and open to the public--please register by contacting Drew Griffis (agriffis@library.in.gov).
