State Library To Discuss African-American Newspapers
The Indiana State Library in Indianapolis will offer a program, "African-American Newspapers in Indiana," on Monday, February 23 from 8:30 to 9:30 am in their History Reference Room. Kimberly Brown-Hardin, Indiana Collection Librarian, will discuss the history of black newspapers in Indiana, how to access them and what items they include. This program is free and open to the public--please register by contacting Drew Griffis (agriffis@library.in.gov).
