I am having a hard time
locating information on my great grandfather, Orville Edward Miller, born March
8, 1897, in Richmond, Indiana. He was placed in the home (orphanage) in Marion
County, Indianapolis, Indiana.
Also, I am looking for information
on his parents and I believe he had sister Viola. Mr. John Shine (Inspector)
signed for him to go in the service on August 31, 1914. I would appreciate any information or where I
need to search or contact.
