Philip Bowman (13 Oct 1786-30 Jan 1861) resided in
Dearborn County in 1830 (as reflected in the census). I have found from
numerous family trees on genealogy websites that he had a daughter, Isabella
(27 Apr 1821-5 Nov 1897).
None
of the people I've contacted, however, have any source information to prove
that Isabella was his daughter. That census just lists that he had 8 children.
Any suggestions? I can't come to Indiana but would be willing to pay
someone to help with this research.
