The Genealogical Society of Marion County, in cooperation with the Indiana Historical Society, will hold their 16th Annual Genealogy Conference on Saturday, November 19 at the Eugene and Marilyn Glick Indiana History Center in Indianapolis. The conference theme is "Discovering Records of Our Immigrant Ancestors," and the featured speaker is Melissa Shimkus of the Genealogy Center of the Allen County Public Library in Fort Wayne.
Conference registration is $30 for the member rate (the member rate applies to members of the Genealogical Society of Marion County, the Indiana Historical Society, and the Indiana African American Genealogy Group), $38 for the non-member rate. Members can get registration for just $27 (an additional 10% savings) if they register by October 16.
