State Library to Discuss Madam C.J. Walker
The Indiana State Library in Indianapolis will present a program, "Madam C.J. Walker: The Wonderful Hair Grower," on Wednesday, February 24 from noon to 1 pm in the library's History Reference Room. In honor of Black History Month Rachael Heger, Indiana Collection Supervisor, will discuss Madam C.J. Walker's achievements in Indianapolis and how she became a millionaire.
