State Library To Discuss PERSI Index

The Indiana State Library in Indianapolis will present a program, "PERSI for Genealogists," in their History Reference Room on Thursday, July 16 from 5:30 to 6:30 pm. Leigh Anne Johnson, Genealogy Collection Librarian, will discuss how to use PERSI (The Periodical Source Index) to boost your genealogy research. This vast index includes citations for articles dating from the 1700's to the present. This program is free and open to the public.
