I'm trying to find out information on my great-great-grandfather John S. McClellan. I believe he was born in Princeton, Gibson County, Indiana on July 4, 1841. He fought in the Civil War and was in the 58th Indiana Infantry. He is buried here in Kingman County, Kansas. I'm just tring to find out any information possible about him. Possibly his parents and where they came from? He married Amanda R. Paul on June 2, 1880 in Gibson County, Indiana. Any help or info would be greatly appreciated.
