Query: Betty and James Murrin Marriage Record

      I am an adoptee searching for the marriage record for my mother.  My adoption decree lists the marriage of Betty and James Murrin on May 26, 1950. (I was born in Oct 1950) I have contacted several counties surrounding my county of birth to no avail.  Is there a way to look for marriage records other than county by county?
