Genealogical Society of Marion County Adds 137,000 Cemetery Records to Website

The Genealogical Society of Marion County in Indianapolis has added 137,000 cemetery records to its website. The cemeteries covered include Floral Park, Memorial Park, Washington Park East, Washington Park North and West Ridge, as well as a couple of Hamilton County cemeteries (Hamilton Memorial and Oaklawn Memorial). The records come from the records of the Washington Park Cemetery Association and represent approximately 50% of all of the burials in these cemeteries.
