Terre Haute To Host Program on Revolutionary War Lineage Societies

The Wabash Valley Genealogy Society will hold a free program, "DAR and SAR Membership Requirements," on Monday, May 13 from 6:15 to 8 pm at the Vigo County Public Library in Terre Haute. LaVonne Waldron will discuss the application process for the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) and the Sons of the American Revolution (SAR): the information requested, the proof required and how to prepare a worksheet that is used to prepare the application. The doors will open at 5:45 pm. The program is free and open to the public.
