Query;STEVENS/STEPHENS of Knightstown Orphanage

Looking for information on my great grandmother Myrtle Stevens (or Stephens). I think she was in the Knightstown orphanage. Born in 1902.

Update: She was actually at the Brightside Orphanage first and then moved ( I think) to the Soldier's and Sailor's home.  Thank you!
