Name: Arthur Fowler Looking for anything I can about Peter FOWLER. In his later life he lived in Buchanan County, MO (Saint Joseph area). He was born in Indiana about 1835 (according to later MO census records). I have been unable to find anything about him before he moved to MO. Thanks.
