The Hamilton East Public Library in Noblesville will hold a computer workshop on using the databases at Fold3 (formerly Footnote.com) and American Ancestors on Wednesday, September 28 from 9:30 am to noon in the library's computer training lab. In this hands-on workshop, you'll have access to a computer and will learn the most effective way to search for your ancestors in the Fold3 and American Ancestors databases. There will also be time at the end of the workshop for you to start your own research.
This workshop is free but registration is required - register online through the library's events calendar or contact their Outreach Department - phone (317) 776-6939.
