Query: BECK/ DAVIS/ BROWN of Jefferson COunty
Saluda Twp., Jefferson Co. 1850 U.S. Census lists Rebecca BECK 48, alone with her children all born in NC: Matilda 18, Wm. 17, Emily A. 15, Catherine 8, and Mary C.2. The oldest daughter. Matilda married Abijah DAVIS and lived and died in Jefferson Co. (Matilda's DC names Rebecca Hatley and Madden Beck of NC as parents.) Wm. BECK, whose name I believe was misunderstood, most likely is Winfield Scott BECK, and would be my Civil War great-great-grandfather. Winfield m. in Jefferson CO in Sep. 1856 to Elizabeth Ann Brown and had two children: Mary Alice and Oren Winfield BECK. Mother Rebecca BECK and three youngest daughters cannot be found again. I would be most interested in communicating with other BECK researcher's with ties to Rebecca BECK and NC BECK families.

Query: HUTSHINSON / HUTSENSON /PASSMORE / HOPKINS of Wells County
Looking for information on my grandfather A.C. HUTSHINSON was born 6/26/1910 in Uniondale IN. He wasn't in the census that year but I found the rest of his family in Jefferson Twp. Wells Co. In.
The HUTCHINSON name was spelled HUTSENSON and most other names were spelled wrong.
A. C. parents were Edward and Mollie (PASSMORE)HUTSINSON/HUTSENSON. Inez and Frattie were A.C.'s only siblings. A. C. isn't abbrev. and no middle name.
I think Edwards parents were William C. and Emma (HOPKINS). As I set out to do this family tree I learned that A.C. had to move to his sister Inez's because his parents died.
In the 1920 census A.C. is in Inez's Ohio home misspelled again.
I'm also trying to figure out why Edward and Mollie died
I think Edwards middle initial is W. and he was born around 1873 and Mollie around 1875. I can't find them in the SSDI or cemeteries.
Thanks,
Kelcey Hutchinson

Query: PERRY of St. Joseph County
Dear Friends,
Where would I find death certificates for Henry Perry & his wife, Luna Paul Perry? The St. Josesph County Health Department claims to have no record of them, although both died in Lakeville, Union Twp., St. Joseph County. (I have already done a paid search at the health department.)
Both are buried in the Union Cemetery, on Miami Road, in St. Joseph County.
Dates
Henry - Born 01 Jan 1800; died 03 May 1871.
Luna - Born 01 Jun 1808 (Tinmouth, Rutland Co., VT);
Died 20 May 1886.
I am trying to find out who Henry's parents were. Hopefully, a death certificate will tell me this.
Any assistance you could give me would be appreciated, as this has been a brick wall for at least two years!

Died 20 May 1886.
I am trying to find out who Henry's parents were. Hopefully, a death certificate will tell me this.
Any assistance you could give me would be appreciated, as this has been a brick wall for at least two years!
Thanks,

Query: BLOSE/GIFFORD/BLOT
Iam interested in the James and Hannah Blose family. They lived in Orange Co. around 1840. They had a son who married Charity Gifford and they moved to near Frankfort, IN. Hannah died before 1846. She was the daughter of Valentine Blose who fought in the Revolution. I would like to find out where Hannah and James Bolt are buried and when they died.

Query: HUTCHINSON / HUTSENSON / PASSMORE / HOPKINS of Wells County
My grandfather was born 6/26/1910 in Uniondale IN. He wasn't in the census that year but I found the rest of his family in Jefferson Twp, Wells Co. IN.
The Hutchinson name was spelled Hutsenson and most other names were spelled wrong.
The parents to AC(my grandfather) was Edward and Mollie (maiden name Passmore) Inez and Frattie were AC's only siblings. AC isn't abbrev. and no middle name.
I think Edwards parents were William C. and Emma (maiden name maybe Hopkins).
As I set out to do this family tree I learned that AC had to move to his sister Inez's because his parents died.
In the 1920 census AC is in Inez's Ohio home misspelled again.
I'm also trying to figure out why Edward and Mollie died.
I think Edwards middle initial is W. and he was born around 1873 and Mollie around 1875. I can't find them in the SSDI or Cemetaries.
Thanks,
Kelcey Hutchinson
