The
Genealogical Society of Marion County will meet on Saturday, September 11 at 1 pm at the Lawrence branch of the
Indianapolis-Marion County Public Library (7898 N. Hague Rd.). David G. Vanderstel, Ph.D., the Marion County Historian and an adjunct assistant professor of history at IUPUI, will present a program, "The Making of The Hoosier Capital." There will also be a session where attendees can ask questions about their own research problems. The meeting is open to the public.
