Northwest Indiana Society To Meet in Valparaiso

The Northwest Indiana Genealogical Society, which represents Lake County and Porter County, will meet on Saturday, February 20 at 10 am at the Porter County Public Library in Valparaiso. Larry Clark, who is head of the library's Genealogy Department, as well as the Porter County Historian and Indiana County Genealogist for Porter County, will speak about the 1940 census and military lineage societies. The public is invited to attend.
