Allen County Library To Discuss Scrapbooking

The Allen County Public Library in Fort Wayne will host a program, "Heritage Scrapbooking: Preserving Historical Photographs and Memorabilia," on Saturday, October 17 from 10 to 11 am in Meeting Room A. Dawne Slater-Putt will dsicuss how to organize your historical photos and other memorabilia into a scrapbook and the materials that can be used.
