Marion County Society To Discuss Death Sources

The Genealogical Society of Marion County will meet on Saturday, April 11 at 1:30 pm at the Irvington Branch (5626 E. Washington St., Indianapolis IN) of the Indianapolis-Marion County Public Library. Ronald L. Darrah will present a program, "Dying To Help Out, Too!", about the wide array of records besides probate files that can help you pinpoint an ancestor's death. Ron has been a genealogical researcher for over 20 years and is retired from the Indianapolis Public Schools. The meeting is open to the public and the GSMC board will meet at 12:30 pm, so you are welcome to come early and sit in.
