My father, Charles Day Lutz, was born November 1, 1890 in (I think) Hammond, Lake County, Indiana, but the Hammond Health Department has no record of his birth. He also grew up in Pence, Warren County, Indiana. His father's name was Samuel Andrew Lutz, but I don't know what his mother's name was. Information on birthdates, birthplaces, or anything else about this family would be appreciated.
